So very sad to hear this news. I knew Louie from his time in Key West, and will always remember his talent, his smile and his kind heart. My deepest condolences to Carol and his family.

Such a warm and talented man. I'm happy to have known him professionally and personally. His love of art and music was deep and what a lively presence on stage. I will never forget his little harmonica he wore around his neck. His crafty tiles were one of a kind in design and spirit! Happiness was added to when lovely Carol entered his life. I'm glad you had precious years together. Perhaps his cries for "no chem trails" will be heard up there. Deepest condolences to you sweet Carol and the Hughes family.
