Walter and Nicole, I am thinking about you and your families. Your mom was a faithful volunteer at Glen Arden Elementary School while you were students. I know you are proud of her many good works.

I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte at Biltmore Estate for several years. She was a wonderful person and treated us all like family. She was certainly one of the best people I have had the pleasure of knowing in my life. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your mother was a special woman who touched many lives. She raised a wonderful daughter who is raising wonderful children, partially due to the loving role model, Charlotte.
