My prayers for peace and comfort for your family. I truly know what a huge part of your lives Dan filled. He taught me much over the years, I will miss him so and he was always a remarkable, loyal friend to Larry. Thank you for sharing him with us.

My first memories of golf at Etowah include Dan Yarborough. He was a great friend to my father and a mentor to me. He was the best of the best. With warmest regards. Terry and Maria Garren

We were very sorry to hear of Dan's passing. We have so many fond memories of times spent with Dan and Sara over the years since joining Etowah Valley Country Club in the 60's. Dan was a good friend and will be missed.

My Deepest Condolences to the entire Yarborough Family. Dan was a beautiful person very congenial to everyone. He was re-known for his ability to read every green at Etowah Valley Golf Club and if you made the putt after following his advice there would be a giggle coming from Dan. I understand he was one of those involved in starting the Shark Shootout at EVGC and he was re-known by all the golfers that came from numerous states to play in the Tournament. Dan you will be missed I hope you Rest in Peace.
