Condolences for Wesley Burrell

Wes was one of my first friends in Nashville when I moved here in 2017. We met at WCU and have been friends ever since. I can’t believe it. I am completely in shock and can’t believe I won’t talk to him next week. We talked weekly about our future plans and what was going on in the world. I’ll miss you my friend. Keep watch over us all.

Wes. Wow! could only imagine the shock when I heard the news. I'm going to speak on my behalf and not Freightliner. We only worked together for a few months, but In that time I grew to respect you. So ofcourse that, was for me to give you an hard time. Lol. (Always in a caring way) Like when you came in the office that one day talking how you like "Bud light".. and I gave you a hard time about you gave it right back to me , once you seen me carrying a McDonald's Happy Meal in one day at work..(it was not for me lol) called me happy meal from that day on. Man...I miss you, we all do!!. You a great Cummins Technician..A Awesome friend, and an amazing person. I will always remember you. God bless you and your Family. With no disrespect to the Family..I've learned that its true.. only the good die young. I believe that. Love to you Wes and your family.

Wes and I got to know each other very well over his high school career playing football. He was always one of my regulars in the Athletic Training Room and could make me laugh at the drop of a hat. It was such a pleasure to watch him mold in to such a fine young man. His sweet disposition will always be remembered.

Wes, I love you and miss you so much already my sweet friend, and I sure wish we had talked longer a few days ago. You had a smile and laugh that could light up a room, and were always a truly wonderful friend to me. I regret that we didn’t have a chance to really catch up since you moved back, but I will always think of you as my little bro and cherish the times we did have! I know that heaven is rejoicing in having you there, but you sure will be missed down here! Andy and Lisa, you are both in my thoughts and prayers along with the rest of your family. Sending all my love your way❤️
