I have great memories of Brendan at the American Embassy in Guatemala. He was such a fine and strong person. We all appreciated and enjoyed working with him. Condolences to his family. We miss him.

I was one of Brendan's Academy classmates, and I remember his smile, his sense of humor, and his stories. I also remember his Karmann Gia - on a Saturday night it was the slowest car on the road from Denver to the Academy as cadets in their muscle cars rushed to get back before curfew. I will miss Brendan.

Brendan was a great friend to all his Academy classmates, especially to those of us in 20th Squadron who knew him well. We are all sorry for his loss
