William Frederick ìBillî Young, 88, of Indialantic, FL and Hendersonville passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at his home in Florida surrounded by his family.

Bill was a native of Henderson County and a World War II veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Inez Justus Young, his sister, Helen Roper, and three brothers.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Vicki Coudriet of Indialantic; his son, Jerry Young of Orlando; friend and companion, Peggy Rogers of Edneyville; granddaughter, Rachael Coudriet of Dubai; grandsons, Kristopher Coudriet of Albany, NY; Jonathon Coudriet and his wife, Libby, of Windermere, FL; Sean Young and Steven Young, both of Orlando; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service with military honors will be held at 10 AM Monday at St. Lukeís United Methodist Church in Orlando.

    I remember Bill, and his family, back when we did a lot of dinners for Blue Ridge and how he always carried the catsup bottle in his pocket to the dinners and to the church breakfasts. Good fellow.
