Roberto Ponce Reyes, 48, of Hendersonville unexpectedly passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at his residence. Roberto was born in Veracruz, Mexico to Aurora Reyes Tiburcio and the late Roberto Ponce Morales; he is also predeceased by three brothers.
Roberto was a kind, gentle man who kept to himself. His friends knew him to spend hours playing his keyboard and enjoyed giving lessons to children in his community. Roberto was a hard worker, but above all a great friend. He was of the Catholic faith.
Roberto will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory are his family and friends who are spread out in the United States and back home in Mexico.

Roberto Ponce Reyes, de 48 años, de Hendersonville falleció inesperadamente el martes 8 de febrero de 2022 en su residencia. Roberto nació en Veracruz, México de Aurora Reyes Tiburcio y el difunto Roberto Ponce Morales; también le preceden tres hermanos.
Roberto era un hombre amable, gentil, que se guardaba a sí mismo. Sus amigos sabían que pasaba horas tocando su teclado y disfrutaba dando lecciones a los niños de su comunidad. Roberto fue un gran trabajador, pero sobre todo un gran amigo. Era de fe católica.
Roberto será muy extrañado por su familia y amigos.
Quedan para atesorar su memoria su familia y amigos que se encuentran dispersos en los Estados Unidos y en México.
La familia y los amigos están de duelo por la pérdida de Roberto y quisieran honrar sus deseos de descansar en su tierra natal de México.
