    Alton Connor says:
Mrs. Hicks, My heart goes out to you in the loss of Mr. Hicks. He was a very kind and gracious Christian gentleman who always went out of his way to make me feel welcome in you home, as you always have too. I am so sorry that I was not able to be there this week, but I wrote you a letter today that explains many things and I do plan to be there for you Sunday afternoon. May God bless, comfort and strengthen you in these days ahead and know that His grace is and will be sufficient for you! With my Love, Prayers and Deepest Sympathy, Alton

Maxine, do you remember me from First Pres? My thoughts and prayers are with you. I lost Bud in July. It seems like more and more of us are joining the widows club. May God bless you.
