Gifts & Memorial Donations

Laura Beth Hardenbrook Zazzetti Cox, 54 of Hendersonville, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Her early years were spent in Chicago, Illinois and later in the Ozarks before spending a short time in Florida. She had lived in Henderson County for over 30 years and was the widow of Dan Cox.

Laura was a beautiful person who’s life centered around her home. She loved to tend flowers, especially her roses. She was very social and enjoyed being with her grandchildren, taking care of her two little dogs, and being around people. Even in the worst times, she could make you laugh.

She is survived by her daughter Macey Hardenbrook of Florida; son Timmy Jones of SC; her three grandchildren; and many special friends.

This unexpected tragedy has created the additional burden of a financial hardship for Laura’s family. As her family struggles to raise funds for transportation to Hendersonville they are also facing the difficult task of making mom’s final arrangements. If you are able, please consider making a donation by clicking HERE.

    Christian smith says:
Laura was my client recently when I sold some property for her. I got to know her well and we had lots of long talks. She was a funny sweet christian lady. I know she’s in a better place but doesn’t take the pain away from losing her in such a terrible way. Praying for peace for your family. May you feel God wrap His arms around you in this time of mourning.

    Lois Connors (ex-Brank) says:
My heart goes out to not only Laura, but her family as well. Laura was a beautiful person, inside and out. I will miss her smile and her laughter. She is free from the pain and heartache that person put her through. Her heart was huge and she certainly didn't deserve this. May the family find comfort knowing she is finally free.
