The family wishes to thank Care Partners Hospice for all their support the last 22 months. The care and symptom management they provided made it possible to have Mrs. Duncan at her home until the end. We could not have done this without the loving care and support of our nurses, Fran and Darlene, and cherished social worker, Carol, and Dr. Soufas. May God bless each of you most richly.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CarePartners Hospice Foundation, PO Box 25338, Asheville, NC 28813.
