Jennie-Lynne Bayly McFadden, 82 of Hendersonville, died Sunday, October 28, 2018 at The Laurels of Hendersonville. A native of Algonac, Michigan she was a daughter of the late Albert and Emily Bayly. She was a graduate of Lincoln Christian College, in Illinois and lived in Florida, Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi and had been a resident of Hendersonville since 1998. While she lived in Florida, she served as a Youth Director in the Christian Church and then worked in finance with CitiGroup.

Jennie-Lynne was a Sunday School teacher for 53 years and was most recently a member of Blue Ridge Christian Church in Mills River; she also belonged to the golf league “Flat Rock Ladies Swingers”; enjoyed gardening and working in her yard; and traveling.
Surviving is her husband Donald McFadden; 25 nieces and nephews; 48 great-nieces and nephews; and 35 great-great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Blue Ridge Christian Church, 147 Oren Drive, Mills River, NC 28759. A light luncheon will be offered following the service. Burial will be at Palm Beach Memorial Park in Lantana, Florida.

    I always loved playing golf with Jennie-Lynne. She was always happy! I loved hearing her laugh out loud whenever I called her JL! I couldn't believe she'd let me get away with that...but she did!
