God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered “Come to Me.” With tearful eyes we watched you,
and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hard-working hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best.

Janet will be forever missed by her loving husband and devoted family and many devoted friends. May God grant her eternal rest.

Arrangements are in the care of Shuler Funeral Home of Hendersonville, NC.

Online condolences may be shared shulerfuneralhome.com.

I know how much Janet meant to Linda B. and many others. Referred to as “beloved” friend. Linda brought Janet and Graham to the prayer list of our Asheville church’s small group. Thank you for your constant care, reliance on the hope of Christ and for the poem included in her memorial write up. True!

Janet was very precious to me. We shared a lot of special moments together. I knew from the moment I met her what a special person she was. She was intelligent, witty, compassionate, a great cook and you could always tell, so in love with Graham. I reminded her; ,we are just passing through this ole world, now she is at home with her Lord.

It was a great blessing to know and to work with Janet. She had such a compassionate heart for her patients and was a great witness of her faith. She was such a warrior fighting this battle with no complaint. My heart hurts for you Graham and for her parents. I pray for you to have strength and peace and to cherish the loving memories. “Well done good and faithful servant.”
