James Albert Kerr

James Albert Kerr, 61, of Hendersonville, NC passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.

James was born on Monday, August 15, 1960, in Henderson County, NC to Roy A. and Velma Kerr.

James was a graduate of East Henderson High School, class of 1979. He worked for many years in the heating and cooling industry, retiring as a Maintenance Supervisor.

James loved spending time with his family, golfing, and gardening with his dad.

James is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lora McCarson Kerr; daughter, Elizabeth Mendoza (Jorge) of Hendersonville, NC and son, Jonathan Douglas Kerr (Alejandra Cordero Kerr) of Hendersonville, NC; granddaughter, Camila Katana Kerr; sister, Sandra Moreno (Mark) and brothers, David Kerr (Jackie) and Bobby Kerr; and lots of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family is planning a private family gathering.
