July 20, 1969 - June 16, 2020

Chris Capps, 50, of Hendersonville died unexpectedly on June 16, 2020, at his home.

He was born in Hendersonville NC, the son of Alice Krebs and the late Wayne Capps. Chris was a very creative Jack of all trades and a master of many of them, especially in the kitchen. He was also an amazing writer and even wrote a children’s book. His friendly demeanor with a touch of humor always made people feel at ease and it was evident to anyone who knew Chris, that his prime focus and passion was for his family.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, June 24th at Mills River Cemetery with Pastor Todd Eaton.
