Charlie, I wanted to let you know how much Chad thought of you. He always held you in such high regard, spoke of you well and loved you very much. I don't remember Chad and I ever having a conversation where your accomplishments or positive influence didn't come up! My best to you and the rest of the family.

Chad was wonderful! He was a wonderful person and employee. Chad had great talents that he could not always share. He was given a tremendous challenge by the Lord. Dear Chad, I often sit and look back on all the good times we had at Blackwater, missing them. Truly that time was one of the most special and important times of my life. I'm so grateful I was able to share some of that time with you. Your strength to overcome adversity amazed me and brought me courage, humility, and perspective on my own so called strife. Your sense of humor made the really hard times seem not so bad after all. When you left Blackwater, we always looked forward to your visits and wished they had been more frequent. As I know your family will sorely miss you, so too will your Blackwater family for which you played an irreplaceable part. Good luck on your journey, may we meet again someday. Love Always.

Chad we shared a condition that only those who have it can truly understand. You were such a steady soul throughout all your ordeals. It was such a pleasure to work with you at Blackwater. We were all such a family and I truly miss those times. My sympathy goes out to your family as I know they will miss you, but only for a while. Until we come together again!
