Beverly Ann Beavers, 87, of Hendersonville, NC, passed away January 24th, 2022, at the Carolina Village Medical Center. Born in Washington, DC, to the late Margaret Olive and Edwin Ingle Reeves; Beverly was also predeceased by her beloved husband James R. Beavers, brother Edwin Ingle Reeves, Jr, and niece Bonnita L. Reeves.

Beverly and her husband James made their home together in Brevard, NC. She enjoyed square dancing, gardening, and crafts. Beverly was of the Methodist faith.

She will be dearly missed by all.

Left to cherish Beverly’s memory are her loving sisters Clare R. Dove of Winchester, VA, and Delores O. Moore of Bunker Hill, W. VA, and beloved brother Robert A. Reeves of Orange, VA. She also leaves behind an aunt, three nieces, four nephews and six grand nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm, Sunday, January 30th, 2022, at the Kirby Memorial Chapel of Shuler Funeral Home; a visitation will be available between noon and 1pm. Beverly will be laid to rest beside her husband at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery of Black Mountain at a later date.
