Audrey Ann Philyaw, 41, of Zirconia, NC, passed away Friday, August 22, 2008 at her home.

Born in Biloxi, MS, she was the daughter of Thomas OíNeal Philyaw of Westminster, SC, and the late Bradys Jean Moore. She was also preceded in death by her son, David Keith Philyaw, and her sister, Sharon Bingham.

She had resided in Henderson County most of her life.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Ronnie Justice of Zirconia; two sons, Bill Presley and fiancÈe, Azizza Alqarni, of Franklin; and Marshall Henderson, who has been missing since 2001; and three sisters, Kim Jones and husband, David, of Mountain Home; Wanda Philyaw of Hendersonville; and Jolene Mills of Fletcher.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, August 27, 2008 in the Kirby Memorial Chapel of Shuler Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mountain Home Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Audrey Ann Philyaw Memorial Fund, PO Box 686, Hendersonville, NC 28793.
