Thelma Ann Ruth Qualls

June 19, 1933 - January 17, 2022

Thelma Ann Ruth Qualls, 88, of Hendersonville, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022, at Life Care Center of Hendersonville.  She was born in Hendersonville to the late Arthur and Genora Butler Ruth.   Thelma was also preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Charles (Bill) Qualls; sons, Charles, Ricky, and Doug Qualls; granddaughters, Summer Crowe and Tiffany Qualls; sisters, Betty Jean Ruth and her twin sister Velma Sue Fowler; and niece Patricia Allan.

Thelma worked at Pardee Hospital for many years and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Debby Keeter (Steven); son Mike Qualls (Brenda); four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one niece, Betty Hinton.

The family would like to thank all the staff at Life Care for the wonderful care you gave Thelma.

A graveside service will be held at one o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends 30 minutes before the service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
