Tolliver was a great electrician and as I recollect we were in Ft Benning at the same time. He went to Ft. Campbell and I went to Ft. Bragg. with the 82nd Airborne. I know/knew many of his family in Bradenton after I returned from Vietnam. Prayers for his family; he will be missed.
